The ideal candidate will hold a California Physical Therapy License and a Bachelor's degree, with preference given to those with advanced degrees and experience in geriatric settings.

Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapy License.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments.
• Deliver expert treatments including exercise and muscle re-education.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings for care planning.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).
• Provide training on therapeutic equipment safety.
