Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, implementing treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

You will help improve residents’ function, independence, and quality of life while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• PTA with valid credential and licensure per state requirements.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care in SNF/long-term care settings.
• Capability to implement and adjust treatment plans under PT supervision.
