Job summary

Qualifications
- Current PTA certification in good standing.
- Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.
- Ability to implement PT treatment plans and document EMR.
- Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.
Responsibilities
- Implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety and quality of life.
- Perform therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and communicate progress.
- Educate patients and caregivers to support ongoing recovery.
