The Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist the PT with therapy plans, evaluate and treat residents, and help improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness.

Licensure in the state is required, and independent work under supervision is expected. SNF experience is preferred but not required; we value motivated, compassionate therapists who deliver
