Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings under the direction of a licensed PT. You will deliver individualized treatments focused on mobility, strength, balance, pain reduction, and functional independence.

You will document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a patient-centered culture
