Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Brentwood, TN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The candidate should be passionate about geriatric care, hold a state license, and be able to evaluate and treat independently with minimal supervision.

The PTA will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent disability, and promote overall wellness for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Geriatric population experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
