Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our full-time team in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will support the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, reduce pain and promote residents’ overall wellness.

Candidates must hold a current PTA license in Tennessee and be able to evaluate and treat independently with minimal supervision. SNF experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Tennessee PTA license.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with mobility therapies in a skilled nursing facility.
• Support residents' mobility, pain relief and overall wellness under supervision.
