Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. You will assist the physical therapist to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote residents’ overall wellness with geriatric-focused therapies.

Candidates must be licensed in the state of practice and able to work independently with minimal supervision; SNF experience is preferred but not required.
