Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will provide high-quality therapy services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, implementing treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

You will help improve residents’ function, independence, and quality of life while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current NJ PTA license or eligibility.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under PT supervision.
• Implement and modify treatment plans.
• Assist with patient assessments and progress documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team.
