FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists to join our team in Fort Dodge, IA and surrounding locations, largely staffed in senior living communities. We offer 1:1 patient care in geriatric house calls, with the autonomy to shape your schedule.

New grads are welcomed with our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, and FOX provides support for sponsorship (H1B) for qualified candidates. We offer career growth, continuing education, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.
