Qualifications

• Experience in psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
• Provide psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy sessions for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and care plans.
• Provide social support therapy sessions to residents through weekly therapy sessions.
• Implement therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
