• Meets all mandatory performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.
• State RN license/current certifications per role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops/revises an individualized plan of care; evaluates progress toward outcomes.
• Respects diversity and collaborates with the care team.
• Acts as patient and family advocate and supports nursing goals.
• Documents care accurately meeting regulatory standards.
• Maintains attendance and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Participates in education, performance improvement, and team development.
