The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park, NY is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Post-Acute Physician to join our Medical Department. You will deliver high-quality medical care to residents, working with a dedicated care team to coordinate services across disciplines.

Competenze

• Two (2) or more years of experience as an Attending Physician in a hospital with a geriatric population; or within a nursing home environment.
• A medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• NYs Board certification in a primary care specialty.
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine.
• Eligibility for hospital admitting privileges.
• Clean and active license to practice medicine in New York State.
• Proficient in SigmaCare or a similar Electronic Medical Record software.

Mansioni

• Deliver appropriate, adequate, compassionate and quality medical care to Parker's residents in coordination with the health care team.
• This position is a key clinical leadership role within the organization, with the ability to make an impact and work with Medical leadership.
