Job summary

360care is seeking a qualified Podiatrist to deliver comprehensive podiatry care to residents in geriatric and underserved communities. You will focus on foot care, wound assessment, and related services while traveling to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

You will perform diabetic foot care, toenail clipping, debridement, and routine foot care, with support from a dedicated care coordination and IT team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted podiatry license in the state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatry care to residents in geriatric and underserved communities.
• Deliver services such as diabetic foot care, wound assessment, toenail care, and pressure alleviation.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities for on-site care.
• Document notes and chart in an EMR system; coordinate with care team.
