Supportive Care is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our geriatric services in nursing homes in Herkimer, NY. You will provide psychotherapy and medication management to residents in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

We handle credentialing, billing, authorizations and software; you focus on patient care with clinical autonomy. Great pay and benefits, with daily rates between $700 and $1000.

Qualifications

• PMHNP board-certified or eligible
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred
• NY license or eligibility to practice in NY

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy sessions and medication management to geriatric residents.
• Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate care and treatment plans.
• Document in electronic health records with accuracy and timeliness.
