Duly Health and Care is seeking a Geriatric, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician to round at SNFs in the South Suburbs of Chicago. You will join a physician-led, patient-centered network with extensive support and a focus on innovative care delivery.

Compensation includes a base range of $190,000–$280,000 with potential productivity bonuses, sign-on and loan repayment options, and a total target cash compensation of $215,000–$430,000.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $190,000 - $280,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, equaling total target cash compensation that may be between $215,000-$430,000.
