Job summary
CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will be licensed in NYS, able to evaluate and treat independently, and dedicated to promoting mobility, pain relief, and overall wellness for residents.
You will assist the PT with therapy plans, participate in resident care, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Must hold NYS license for Physical Therapy Assistant.
- SNF experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
