Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Washington. The role focuses on restoring function, improving mobility, and helping residents achieve maximum independence. You'll assess residents, develop plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include active PT licensure, 1 year of experience (SNF/geriatric a plus), and vaccine status. 36-hour guarantee, ASAP start, contract 13+ weeks with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure in the United States.
• 1 year of experience in SNF or geriatric care is preferred.
• Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized PT treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize residents’ care plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
