Job summary

Responsibilities include administering modalities, evaluating progress, and promoting teamwork and compassionate care for elderly and disabled residents. Must hold a BS in Physical Therapy and current state license.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.

• Directs and aids residents in exercises and gait training.
• Evaluates and reports resident progress to the rehabilitative team.
• Supervises PTA(s) per state guidelines.
• Educates residents and families in physical therapy methods.
