• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility).
• Experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based geriatric patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of strength, balance, mobility, pain, and function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Deliver hands-on interventions: therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy.
