Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a licensed PT, you will deliver individualized treatments focused on mobility, strength, balance, pain reduction, and functional independence.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating closely

Qualifications

• Needs PTA credential and current state licensure/certification.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfort with documentation and patient education.
