Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehab for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional training, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in New York or eligible for licensure.
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Experience or comfort working with seniors in skilled nursing/long-term care settings.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Lead therapeutic exercises and functional training sessions.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
