Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Watseka, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments and create personalized care plans to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed OT to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification where required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation.
• Obtain and update physician orders.
