Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

Working closely with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team, you will implement treatment plans, complete timely documentation, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA credential and licensure in the state.
• Experience with older adults in SNF or post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to document promptly and communicate with families.

Responsibilities
