Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with current IL license.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
