Renewal Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will assess functional abilities, create evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients, families, and staff.
