CareRite Centers' Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join its skilled rehab team. You will assess referred patients, design and implement rehab plans, and educate patients and families while coordinating with physicians and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Must hold a valid TN OT license/registration.
• Experience supervising OT Assistants is preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is a plus.

• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans with goals.
