Responsibilities

• Receives report from off-going shift and plans staffing.
• Supervises Nursing Assistants and ensures resident needs are met.
• Prepares and administers medications as ordered.
• Communicates with physicians and documents orders.
• Ensures care plans are followed and updates daily notes.
• Provides staff education and participates in in-services.
