Sonida Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Director/Director of Nursing (RN/LPN) for Marquis Place of Elkhorn, a premier community in Elkhorn, NE. The role emphasizes policy-based resident care oversight, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with local health care professionals to deliver high-quality geriatric services.

Qualified candidates hold a nursing license (RN or LPN) with 3–5 years in-home health or geriatric settings and 2–4 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed or Registered Nurse (RN or LPN).
• 3–5 years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar role.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents’ health care providers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
