Job summary

Calvert County Nursing Center in Prince Frederick, MD, is seeking qualified Geriatric Nursing Assistants as full-time or part-time staff. A Sign on Bonus is offered to eligible candidates, with shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.

Candidates must be Maryland GNA certified, patient, compassionate, and able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide high quality personalized resident care. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Maryland GNA certification is required.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
• Able to provide high-quality personalized resident care within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and comfort.
• Document care provided and report changes to supervisors.

We have availability on our 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm - 7am shifts. We are looking for team players who strive to provide high quality personalized care to our residents. We are looking for the ideal candidate that is patient, compassionate, and enjoys working with the elderly and other members of our interdisciplinary team.
