Job summary

Montcare Bethesda in Bethesda, Maryland is seeking a compassionate Geriatric Nursing Assistant to provide daily living support to our elderly patients, including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.

You will document care and vital signs, work with an interdisciplinary team, and help maintain a safe, clean environment; evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
