Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active New York NP license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to nursing home residents.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within NP scope of practice.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
