Autumn Lake Healthcare – Braddock Heights is hiring compassionate Geriatric Nurse Assistants (GNA) to join our team. This role offers 12-hour and 8-hour shift options, with both full-time and part-time schedules, and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

You will provide resident care, assist with daily living activities, take vitals, document changes, and work with our nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety. Maryland GNA certification is required; prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have Maryland Certified GNA certification.
• Previous GNA experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

8-Hour Shifts

• 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Full-Time & Part-Time Day Shift)
• 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Part-Time Evening Shift)
• 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Full-Time & Part-Time Night Shift)
