Franklin Woods is seeking PRN Geriatric Nursing Assistants to join their team, with weekends available. You will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate nursing care, promote comfort, and support rehabilitation goals for residents.

Care activities include assisting with personal needs, transporting patients to therapy, and participating in care planning to implement the plan. A state-approved GNA program completion and current certification are required.

Responsibilities

As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

• Performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients.
• Transports patient to rehabilitation therapy and accompanies to outside appointments
• Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification required

Posted Salary Range

USD $19.00 - USD $20.50 /Hr.
