Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document using streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation.
• Use company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance.
