Job summary

A leading academic medical center in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Geriatric Neurologist. You will join a collaborative team and provide care for diverse patients in a busy clinic. The position offers Monday to Friday work with opportunities in research and teaching. Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited medical school and complete a neurology residency. Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory. A focus on work-life balance and quality patient care is highly emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain an unrestricted PA Medical License.
• Candidates must be BE/BC in Neurology.
• Fellowship training in cognitive/behavioral neurology or geriatric neurology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Care for a diverse population in the busy clinic.
• Participate in call schedule of no more than 1:8 by phone.
• Engage in medical directorship, research development, and teaching opportunities.

Skills

Interest in geriatric populations

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Experience in neurodegenerative diseases

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine

Completion of an accredited Neurology residency

Completion of Behavioral Neurology or Geriatric Neurology fellowship
