Job summary

GuideStar Eldercare is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to deliver neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and continuous care for elderly individuals with neurocognitive disorders and related conditions.

Applicants must hold a PsyD or PhD and be licensed or eligible to be licensed in the practicing state; HSPP is preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology (PsyD or PhD).
• Current license or eligibility to be licensed as a Psychologist in the practicing state.
• HSPP is preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide neuro behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Partner with specialty clinicians to deliver holistic, continuity of care.
• Support individuals with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic/psychiatric conditions.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and documentation.
