Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks licensed clinicians to provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in long-term care settings, addressing anxiety, depression, and complex mental health needs. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver clinically necessary care and support residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of assessment and psychotherapy techniques and population-specific interventions.
• Familiarity with DSM and diagnostic tools.
• Awareness of rules, regulations, and ethical standards in psychotherapy practice.
• Ability to follow organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents with consent to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
• Consult with primary care physicians, families, and facility staff as needed.
• Document treatment plans and sessions and provide timely written records.
• Coordinate with Resident Care Coordinators to review care needs on arrival and departure.
• Maintain open communications with facility staff and provide guidance on treatment plans.
