Ivy Park at Alta Loma, operated by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Medication Nurse to supervise and assist in medication administration for residents, under physician orders and in line with nursing standards. You will maintain medication records and ensure room and cart organization.

The role requires California nursing licensure, strong attention to detail, and ability to work with seniors and families. Background checks, health screenings, and adherence to PPE guidelines may be needed.

Competenze

• Active California nursing license in good standing.
• Experience assisting with medications in senior living environments preferred.
• Able to pass criminal background check and health screenings (including TB).
• Ability to manage medication room and complete accurate documentation.

Mansioni

• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by a physician.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication records per policy and physician orders.
• Monitor and verify medication administration and report discrepancies to supervisor.
