Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Medical Director, Geriatric Medicine, to provide direct medical care to older adults across clinics, long‑term care facilities, assisted living, and patients' homes in the Youngstown, Ohio area. Role combines hands-on geriatric practice with clinical leadership and quality initiatives.

The position offers flexible scheduling from a minimum of two days per week to full‑time, with opportunities to shape regional clinical direction and care coordination within Ennoble

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution; board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; active, unrestricted Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Geriatric clinical expertise with fellowship preferred; experience in long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, home health, or palliative care is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary care models; ability to work closely with NPs, PAs, and other care team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical care to older adults across clinic, long‑term care, assisted living, and home settings.
• Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments to guide individualized care planning.
• Diagnose and manage complex chronic conditions with attention to polypharmacy in older adults.
