American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Rosebud Village. The role is full-time with evening 2pm-10pm and night shift 10pm-6am options, delivering compassionate geriatric care and documenting resident status.

You will work with a care team to promote physical and psychosocial well‑being, maintain high standards, and exemplify our CARE values in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana LPN license.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes.
