Job summary

Compu-Vision – West in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a dedicated LPN for day shift on a contract basis. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform treatments, and document assessments to coordinate resident care.

Responsibilities include wound care, monitoring for changes in condition, and collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. The role requires strong observation, communication, and the ability to work a rotating block schedule with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in Arizona.
• Geriatric nursing knowledge and patient-care practices.
• Ability to work rotating block schedule and every other weekend.
• Strong observation, assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Provide wound care and dressing changes.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond to emergencies.
• Complete nursing assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in QAPI programs and staff meetings.
• Follow facility policies and medication-control procedures.
