Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Georgia.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge Nurse and guide personnel in delivery of direct nursing care.
• Make work assignments and monitor work performance for compliance with nursing standards.
• Take and record patient vital signs; collect and forward specimens.

Skills

Basic nursing skills in procedures and treatment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software/database

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Education

Graduation from an accredited LPN program

Current Georgia licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse

American Heart Association BLS/BCLS certification
