Job summary

The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Skilled Nursing facility team. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and resident care with supervision of CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current License-LPN (in good standing) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for SNF residents and LTAC unit patients.

• Record and monitor vital signs and treatment responses.
