Deer Oaks Behavioral Health - Long-Term Care Clinical Services in the Cape Girardeau area seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join its integrated clinical team. You will provide therapy, assessments, care planning, and behavioral health support onsite in long-term care facilities.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with strong administrative and clinical support, so you can focus on compassionate geriatric care and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in LTC settings.
• Conduct assessments, care planning, and reviews.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
