Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC to provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will assess clients and support care planning, collaborating with psychiatric providers to ensure coordinated care.

The position is on-site with Monday–Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends. A valid LMHC license and eligibility for Level II background screening are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMHC license to practice in the state you are applying for.
• Eligible for Level II background screening.

Responsibilities
