Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT to join our growing behavioral health team providing psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings.

You will conduct assessments, support care planning, and collaborate with psychiatric providers. This on-site, Monday-Friday daytime role offers a salary range of $70,000-$80,000 with up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT in State applying for.
• Eligible for Level II background screening
• Strong communication and independent work ethic
