Job summary

Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing behavioral health team in Florida's Pensacola area. You will deliver psychotherapy to geriatric residents in SNF/ALF settings and contribute to collaborative care planning.

Competitive compensation ($70,000-$80,000 yearly) with up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule on-site.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT in the state applying for.
• Eligible for Level II background screening.
• Strong communication and independent work ethic.
• Team-oriented, patient-focused mindset.
