Job summary

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide bedside care for senior residents in our faith-based community. The LPN administers medications and treatments, and monitors changes in condition while documenting in EHRs.

You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapy, and physicians to support individualized care plans. You’ll educate residents and families, follow infection control and safety protocols, and uphold our mission of dignity, respect, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current Missouri license.
• Compassionate, patient-centered bedside care experience.
• Ability to document accurately in EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for senior residents on site.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition and report promptly.
• Complete accurate EHR documentation and charting.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapy, and physicians to support care plans.
• Educate residents and families about care and safety protocols.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards.
