Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and intake interviews.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, and community resources.
• Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress notes and plans.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and resources.
